Our Adjunct Faculty

Heart to Heart Communications is fortunate to have excellent adjunct faculty who bring many talents and skills to our organization.  Our adjunct faculty members are trained and certified in the Heart to Heart Communications, Inc. values-based leadership development model.  They are:

Robin Adair

Robin is the Facility Manager for the Coventry Center of the County of Summit Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities,  also known as Weaver School and Work Centers. Robin was ordained a Roman Catholic Deacon 14 years ago and currently serves at St. Augustine Church in Barberton, OH.  Robin has been a member of Heart to Heart Communications from its very beginning and has completed two Leadership Series. 


 

Cathy Ivancic                                                                                                     

Cathy works as an organizational consultant for companies nationwide. For more than 20 years she has helped client companies to create work environments in which employees can think and act like business people.  Cathy is a trainer for the Business Literacy Institute which provides business intelligence programs to many Fortune 500 companies.  She is also a consultant and co-owner of Workplace Development Inc. which specializes in communication, education and organizational services for primarily privately-owned businesses.  Cathy is often a featured speaker at national conferences and has authored numerous articles and books on employee ownership, ESOPs, communication about performance, business literacy, and creating an ownership culture.  For more information on Cathy's work you can visit:  www.business-literacy.com or www.workplacedevelopment.com


Bob Kloos

Bob is co-founder, artistic director, and performer for Beacon Street Performing Arts in Ministry. Beacon Street is a 501(c)(3) and provides interactive, educational and engaging assemblies, retreats, and workshops for all ages in schools, churches, and community settings. He received his B.A. from Borromeo College in 1970 and his M.Div. from St. Mary Seminary in Cleveland, OH in 1974. Prior to founding Beacon Street, Bob served as a Campus Minister at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Central Catholic High School, and in Parish ministry at St. Mary Magdalene. Kim Langley

Kim is president of LifeBalance Enterprises, Inc. Since 1992, Kim has provided  training to a wide variety of corporations on topics including: Dealing with Emotional Behavior; Working with Emotional Intelligence; Meeting Facilitation; Managing Difficult Conversations; Customer Service; Conflict; and the Science of Optimism (an Emotional Intelligence competency). She has a Masters Degree in Education, Highest Honors and currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at Notre Dame College and Heart to Heart Communications, Inc.  www.KimLangley.net


Beth W. Loresch

Graduated in 1980 from Grove City College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, was certified as a Medical Technologist and was employed at Akron City Hospital in their Chemistry Department.  While raising her family, Beth completed certification in Strategic Communication skills training and facilitation, Neurolinguistic Programming, and Conflict Management and the Resolution of Corporate Pain. She co-founded Communication Pathways in 1995, teaching strategic communication skills to schools, businesses, and area churches.   In 2006, Beth obtained a Masters Degree in Positive Organizational Development and Change. Along with her Masters she received certification in Appreciative Inquiry and Emotional Intelligence, as well as becoming a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator instructor. www.compathways.com

 

 Susan J. Morgan

An independent consultant with a Master's degree in Positive Organizational Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management.  She also holds certifications in Conflict Resolution, Neurolinguistic Programming, and Strategic Communication Skills.  She is a founding partner of Communication Pathways, a company that focuses on excellence in the workplace.  Susan's expertise is in training and coaching in Interpersonal Communication Skills, Strategic Thinking, Conflict Resolution, Appreciative Inquiry and Corporate Culture.   www.compathways.com


Nancy Rowell

Currently, Nancy is the owner of Rowell Associates. She is a management consultant with extensive experience in assisting healthcare, academic, government, and religious organizations in: Organizational Change Management; Project Management; Program Design & Development; System Development; Myers-Briggs and Enneagram Personality Profiles; Team Leadership; Group Facilitation; Faith Formation and Prayer; Workshop Presentation and Spiritual Direction. For five years, Nancy was the Lead Analyst for the Division of Anesthesia for the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, was a management consultant for Health Management Advisors in Ann Arbor, MI and a Management Engineer at University of Michigan Hospitals in Ann Arbor, MI. Nancy received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Michigan in Industrial and Operations Engineering in 1982, her MA in Theology in 2006 and is working on her Doctor of Ministry at St. Mary Seminary (2009).
